The MSA Random Image Displayer allows you to set up a list of images and then randomly display them as inlined images or background images. Called from a normal image tag, no Server Side Includes are necessary, however if you wish to have an alt tag, height, width, associated link and more associated with the proper random image, you should check out the SSI Random Image Displayer, which does require that you have Server Side Includes.

The Readme files at Matt's Script Archive contain detailed installation, configuration and usage instructions that will take you step by step from putting the scripts on your system to using them in your web pages. You should read these through and keep them by you when setting up or installing any MSA script. It is probably not a bad idea to print them out.
