This win-cgi script allows to read/open any MS Word documents on server side and return the html-converted contents to the client browser.

The script don't use any external libraries (no MS Excel/Office, no ADO, etc) and you may run this tool on the computer without any additional setup/install. Very fast and does not eat a lot of server resources. All MS Word documents supported with automatical unicode conversion (including far-east languages).

Only MS Windows platform for web-server supported.
