Before using the scrollbar CSS color code generator to create your customized scrollbar design,
you should know that it will only appear in IE5.5+ or
NS4+ browser versions. Visitors using a lower browser version or a different browser will
see no scrollbar color changes.
Note: If the scrollbar CSS color code that is generated is pasted into the head section of your code, it
will only work with HTML DOCTYPES up to version 4.0. If you add the CSS to an external stylesheet
it will work for later HTML versions.
